Robyn Neiderer, AHC

Hello! My name is Robyn Neiderer, an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. Over the past 20 years, as an Adult Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I have practiced trauma critical care both at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, women’s health in private practice, and primary care medicine. While I do not provide any medical/nursing services in my Ayurvedic Health practice, these experiences have provided me an opportunity to appreciate the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. I have witnessed the negative consequences that can occur without this wisdom. I began incorporating Ayurveda in my own life over the past three years. My journey began with a search for alternative approaches that have shown to provide balance to life’s stressors. After consistent lifestyle modifications and support from my own Ayurvedic Practitioner, I have improved physical health and sleep habits, balanced daily stress, and lost 50 pounds! My intention is to help others find their own path to health and wellness!
